Abstract

El presente trabajo es la continuación del estudio preparado para la Junta del Acuerdo de Cartagena titulado: “Las Importaciones del Sector Público en el Perú: 1971-1974”. Su objetivo es actualizar y desarrollar el aspecto analítico de la comercialización estatal. Se busca examinar el enfoque de la teoría económica convencional y de la teoría económica socialista con relación a la comercialización estatal en las importaciones, así como estudiar las características del caso peruano para el período 1971-1976. Todo ello con miras a delinear la política de comercialización externa por parte del Estado en el Perú, con el propósito de contar en el futuro con mayores elementos de juicio para un análisis global y exhaustivo sobre el tema.
