Aportes para una concepción del cambio social programado en América Latina

Abstract

La experiencia de los procesos de desarrollo en América Latina ha demostrado durante los últimos años la dificultad real de poner en práctica esquemas conceptuales y diseño metodológicos que con gran esfuerzo institucional fueron posibles de desarrollar en medios académicos o centros de investigación de ciencias sociales dentro de la región. El presente documento pretende proporcionar algunos aportes generales sobre el contenido de la programación del cambio social dentro de la planificación global y del valor que adquiere este concepto dentro de la perspectiva del desarrollo integral y autónomo de sociedades en proceso de transformación, tanto en los niveles agregados como en los correspondientes a “programas integrados” y de desarrollo regional.
