Consideraciones jurídicas sobre la Propiedad Social en el Perú

Abstract

El propósito del presente trabajo es sumamente concreto: partiendo de un bosquejo del sistema de propiedad tradicional de nuestro país, se busca encontrar su sedimento en la institución jurídica de la propiedad para, después de analizado su tratamiento por la doctrina tradicional predominante y por el ordenamiento jurídico positivo, contrastarla con las referencias oficiales al nuevo sector económico constituido por empresas de propiedad social cuya instauración se ha anunciado para dentro de breve tiempo, a fin de encontrar las notas que es posible atribuirle y aquellas que han de descartarse para obtener una adecuada expresión jurídica de una concepción genuina de esta nueva institución.
