The Evolutionary Perspective of the Firm

Abstract

The paper was based on a systematic review and critical analysis of literature on the theory of firm. The theoretical assumption that forms the base of this paper is based on the importance of knowing the relationship between firms in different market, recognized at economic level. Based on the need to address these questions, the objective of this paper is to critically analyze the theory of the firm in terms of evolutionary perspective. The research goal is to identify how they contribute to explaining the evolution of firms and the performance differences between them. In this perspective the research goal is the analysis of the theory of the firms using the evolutionary theory.
