Abstract

The phenomenon of globalization we are witnessing today determines the development of interstate relations by enhancing collaboration between them. If in the past globalization was achieved trough force, violence and terror, nowadays we all realize that, without the strong cooperation between countries in certain areas of social life, there would be no guarantee for sustainability. Through the long and sinuous globalization process that underlies the international cooperation, states have imposed laws that have governed theirs relations, reaching an agreement on the means and instruments of establishing the relations between them. Of course, the aforementioned cooperation entails vast advantages, but, sometimes, there can be a number of problems and difficulties that should be regulated and granted mandatory force.
