The economic recovery is directly linked to the revaluation of risk and ensuring a stable banking system. Macropudential policies have to consider the conections between the financial system and real economy. An efficient supervision and regulation are eminent. Ensuring comfortable prudential levels of capital and liquidity may result in a more stable banking system, capable of facing external shocks and efficiently performing financial intermadiation, conducting to a healther financial system that will sustain economic growth.
