Abstract

Fluctuations in oil prices and recession in world economy actualized the importance of managing the logistics costs. Effective management of logistics costs has a task to prevent the reverse process of globalization, i.e. the collapse of the current global development model. There are two objectives of this scientific debate. The first was to prove decisive impact on the logistical costs of conducting international trade balance, and the other to effectively manage the logistics costs is a fundamental factor in the existence of market conditions, global economic crisis. Obtained knowledge should serve as a reference point for more efficient management of logistics costs. Scientific approach to research this problem is based on all three levels of economic analysis – theoretical, empirical and normative.
