Transdisciplinariedad y transformación educativa: perspectivas para la construcción social contemporánea

Abstract

Este estudio investiga la relación entre transdisciplinariedad y transformación educativa como perspectiva para la construcción social contemporánea. Mediante un diseño de métodos mixtos que integra análisis bibliométrico en Scopus (N=81 documentos), estudio de casos múltiples (n=3 instituciones de educación superior) y grupos focales con 45 actores educativos, se examinan las conceptualizaciones, mecanismos y prácticas transdisciplinares. Los resultados muestran un crecimiento significativo de la producción científica sobre transdisciplinariedad (32.1% entre 2021-2022), identificando tres dimensiones clave: epistémica, pedagógica y social. Las prácticas transdisciplinares se asocian con mayor capacidad de los estudiantes para abordar problemas complejos (84.4%), desarrollo de pensamiento crítico (80.0%) y habilidades colaborativas (75.6%). Se concluye que la transdisciplinariedad constituye un eje vertebrador para la transformación educativa contemporánea.
