Derechos humanos, educación y resiliencia social en contextos de desigualdad

Abstract

Este estudio investiga las relaciones entre derechos humanos, educaci´on y resiliencia social en contextos de desigualdad estructural.Mediante un dise˜no de m´etodos mixtos que integra an´alisis documental de informes internacionales (N=35), estudio de casos m´ultiples (n=4 pa´ıses: Colombia, Grecia, Bangladesh y Sud´africa) y entrevistas semiestructuradas con 64 actores educativos y comunitarios, se examinan las dimensiones, pr´acticas y tensiones en la articulaci´on de derechos humanos y resiliencia social. Los resultados identifican cuatro enfoques predominantes de resiliencia: neoliberal-individual, cr´ıtico-estructural, comunitario y socio-ecol´ogico. Las principales barreras incluyen desigualdad estructural en el acceso educativo (93.8 %), distancia entre mecanismos de derechos humanos y comunidades afectadas (87.5 %), y formaci´on docente insuficiente (81.3 %). Se concluye que la educaci´on en derechos humanos constituye un eje estrat´egico para la resiliencia social cr´ıtica, requiriendo trascender enfoques que responsabilizan a los individuos hacia estrategias que aborden las causas.
