Desafíos del currículo contemporáneo frente a las dinámicas socioculturales del siglo XXI

Abstract

Este estudio investiga los desafíos del currículo contemporáneo frente a las dinámicas socioculturales del siglo XXI. Mediante un diseño de métodos mixtos que integra análisis bibliométrico en Scopus (N=94 documentos), estudio de casos múltiples (n=5 instituciones educativas en América Latina) y entrevistas semiestructuradas con 38 actores educativos, se examinan las tensiones, brechas y respuestas curriculares a las dinámicas socioculturales emergentes. Los resultados identifican cinco desafíos principales: diversidad cultural y equidad (93.6%), transformación digital y alfabetización mediática (89.5%), transnacionalización curricular (84.2%), sostenibilidad y crisis ecológica (78.9%), y participación ciudadana y democracia (73.7%). Se concluye que el currículo contemporáneo enfrenta tensiones fundamentales entre estructuras heredadas y demandas emergentes.
