Subjetividad estudiantil y memoria social en entornos educativos digitales

Abstract

Este estudio cualitativo fenomenológico examinó la relación entre subjetividad estudiantil y memoria social en entornos educativos digitales. Mediante entrevistas narrativas, grupos focales y análisis de artefactos digitales producidos por 15 estudiantes universitarios de ciencias sociales y humanidades, emergieron tres temas principales: primero, una doble condición subjetiva caracterizada por autonomía instrumental versus vigilancia algorítmica, donde el 73% de los participantes utilizó metáforas de vigilancia para describir su experiencia en plataformas; segundo, una desconexión estructural entre formatos institucionales de memoria (lineales, expositivos) y prácticas autónomas estudiantiles (afectivas, fragmentarias, performativas), con un 87% aprendiendo sobre acontecimientos históricos relevantes a través de TikTok e Instagram en lugar de plataformas educativas formales; tercero, prácticas emergentes de co-creación archivo familiar, remix, narrativas colaborativas que restauran la agencia subjetiva y la memoria colectiva. El estudio concluye que la subjetividad estudiantil y la memoria social en entornos digitales emergen de interacciones dinámicas entre arquitecturas algorítmicas, agencias estudiantiles y contextos socioculturales específicos, desafiando a las instituciones educativas a reconocer a los estudiantes como productores activos de memoria y no como consumidores pasivos de narrativas.
