Perspectivas Humanísticas de la Educación en la Sociedad Digital

Abstract

Este estudio fenomenológico-hermenéutico exploró las perspectivas humanísticas en la educación digital, a partir de 25 entrevistas en profundidad, dos grupos focales (22 participantes) y análisis documental de ocho documentos institucionales. Los hallazgos revelan cuatro categorías axiales: tensión entre eficiencia tecnológica y calidez relacional, autonomía como frontera entre libertad real y elección programada, conflictos temporales en entornos asincrónicos y microestrategias emergentes de humanización. Los resultados indican que el 76% de los participantes perciben una disonancia entre la lógica algorítmica y las necesidades afectivas, mientras que solo el 15% de los estudiantes experimentan autonomía existencial. Se concluye que la educación digital humanística no es inherente a las tecnologías, sino que emerge de decisiones pedagógicas deliberadas, muchas de las cuales operan a contracorriente de la lógica gerencial dominante
