Abstract

Este estudio cualitativo, desarrollado desde un enfoque hermenéutico-crítico y un diseño de caso múltiple instrumental, analizó experiencias de educación popular rural, educación intercultural bilingüe y cátedra universitaria decolonial. A través de entrevistas, observación participante y análisis documental, los resultados evidenciaron tres ejes centrales: la concientización como práctica transformadora, la interculturalidad epistémica y la democratización institucional. Asimismo, se identificó que la organización comunitaria y la autonomía institucional son factores clave para fortalecer o limitar estos procesos educativos. Se concluye que las teorías educativas críticas contribuyen al desarrollo social latinoamericano cuando promueven espacios educativos autónomos, democráticos y orientados a una praxis transformadora.
