Abstract

The thesis treats a subject of crucial importance for Romania in the early stage of its integration in the European Union (EU) by describing the theoretical issues, the e-commerce and the anticipated changes that may occur in the way of doing business and in the structure of the economy; the growth, driving factors, hindering obstacles and perspectives of the e-commerce technology in the world, EU countries and Romania.
