Abstract

În ultima vreme, industria de automobile s-a caracterizat printr-o inovare permanentă şi printr-un nivel înalt al concurenţei, ceea ce i-a determinat pe producători să-şi reînnoiască modelele cu o mai mare frecvenţă, să integreze noi tehnologii în procesul productiv (electronice şi tehnologiile informaţiei şi comu-nicaţiilor) şi să introducă principii organizaţionale noi.
