Abstract

Începând cu 1 mai 2004, Uniunea Europeană a cunoscut o extindere de la 15 la 25 de membri şi se defineşte ca o uniune de 25 de state, reunind circa 455 de milioane de locuitori şi producând circa 25% din PIB mondial.
