La directive établissant un cadre communautaire pour la sûreté nucléaire des installations nucléaires : L'approche européenne de la sûreté nucléaire

Abstract

La sûreté nucléaire est, et restera, une priorité absolue pour l’Union européenne (UE). Depuis novembre 2009, on dénombre 145 centrales nucléaires en service dans 15 États membres de l’Union européenne (ci-après désignés États membres). L’importance de la sûreté nucléaire croît à mesure qu’augmente le nombre d’États membres exprimant un intérêt renouvelé pour l’énergie nucléaire.
