Abstract

Souvent annoncée, la Loi no 2006-686 du 13 juin 2006 relative à la transparence et à la sécurité en matière nucléaire1 (ci-après, la loi TSN) est le résultat d’un long processus, amorcé dans les années quatre-vingt dix, qui traduit la volonté (plus ou moins générale) de construire un cadre législatif nucléaire global.
