La procédure de déclassement nucléaire en Italie après le référendum

Abstract

L'accident survenu à la centrale nucléaire TEPCO de Fukushima Daiichi, par son impact émotionnel, a eu des répercussions directes sur la préparation de la nouvelle politique italienne en matière nucléaire. Les Italiens, désireux de décider directement de la source d’énergie pour la production d’électricité dans leur pays, ont appelé à l’organisation d’un référendum en vue d’abroger le cadre légal voté peu auparavant qui aurait dû permettre la réintroduction du nucléaire en Italie. Le référendum sur la sortie du nucléaire fut organisé les 12 et 13 juin 2011.
