Abstract

De plus en plus, les États incluent des critères environnementaux dans leurs décisions d’achat. Par exemple, les directives d’achat imposent souvent, pour un produit déterminé, une teneur minimum en matières recyclées ou un degré précis d’efficacité énergétique. Ces directives peuvent aussi – par des préférences en matière de prix, des mécanismes explicites de réservation ou autres – favoriser les fournisseurs qui sont plus performants au niveau des normes environnementales, respectent les cadres environnementaux...
