Abstract

Je vous remercie de m’avoir invité à formuler certaines observations à l’issue de cette importante conférence. Je voudrais revenir, dans mon intervention, sur les thèmes qui y ont été abordés et vous donner un aperçu de la traduction qu’ils trouvent dans divers cadres. Lorsqu’il m’a donné ses instructions, Richard Yelland, chef du Programme, a précisé qu’après deux jours de débats approfondis sur les défis auxquels doivent faire face les gestionnaires et les dirigeants d’établissements d’enseignement supérieur, les participants auraient sans aucun doute plaisir à entendre une intervention provocatrice sur les incitations et la transparence dans l’enseignement supérieur...
