Abstract

Cette section est consacrée au compte rendu du Forum des partenaires au développement organisé par le CAD sur le thème "Pour une gestion au service de résultats dans la voie du développement et de l'efficacité de l'aide" (tenu à Paris les 11 et 12 décembre 2002). L'objectif de cette manifestation était de permettre aux donneurs et aux partenaires de débattre des enseignements à tirer de l'expérience acquise concernant les réformes propres à favoriser un recentrage sur les résultats. Le rapport s'intéresse avant tout aux conséquences de cette volonté de résultat sur la gestion du secteur public, les méthodes de mesure et de notification, les obligations de comptes à l'égard du public et la coordination entre donneurs et partenaires...
