L'Afrique Centrale et les régions transfrontalières : Perspectives de reconstruction et d'intégration

Abstract

Cette étude montre quel est le potentiel des dynamiques régionales autour de trois grands bassins de l'Afrique Centrale: le bassin Nord-Ouest (Océan Atlantique), le bassin Est (Océan Indien) et le bassin Sud (Afrique Australe). Elle sert d'appui à l'Initiative pour l'Afrique Centrale (INICA) qui est un espace informel de dialogue et une passerelle entre le local et le régional dont le but est de soutenir les acteurs régionaux qui développent des initiatives favorables au retour de la stabilité et de la paix dans la région....
