Abstract

Comme il ressort des Principes du CAD pour l’engagement international dans les États fragiles et les situations précaires, les questions interdépendantes en rapport avec la gouvernance, la performance économique, l’insécurité et la pauvreté posent des problèmes aigus dans les États fragiles, d’où la nécessité d’une collaboration étroite entre les sphères de la défense, de la diplomatie, du développement, et au-delà. L’engagement international dans les États fragiles exige l’adoption d’approches et d’instruments complexes s’inscrivant dans un cadre cohérent si l’on veut parvenir à une paix durable.
