Concurrence et réglementation dans des secteurs clés en Norvège

Abstract

Des mesures sont prises pour réduire le niveau élevé de la participation de l’État norvégien dans le capital et améliorer la gouvernance d’entreprises des sociétés où la propriété de l’État est appelée à se maintenir. La Norvège a parcouru un long chemin en matière de principe de bonne gouvernance et en séparant le rôle du propriétaire du rôle du régulateur, en particulier en transférant la propriété au ministère du Commerce et de l’Industrie, quoique certains ministères sectoriels continuent à détenir des entreprises.
