Abstract

The concept and technology of management of investment flows in the current globalization processes and a market economy is based on the developed, tested and patented by the author system of national economic benefit and effectiveness indicators (macroeconomic, environmental, resource, and social) of specific investments, depending on the location and the sphere of their implementation. The author considers the management system of investment flows as an effective means of equalizing disproportion in economic, environmental and social development of regions and countries. The changes in the structure of the complex analysis of the investment project given in the report imply implementation of the author’s ideas.
