Abstract

The subject under consideration is presented through a concise overview and analysis, highlighting the ensuing societal transformation. The emphasis is placed on the overall psychological, social, and economic influence exerted by the United Kingdom’s withdrawal through Brexit on Ireland. The current situation is interpreted in light of past chronological events that have remained in history. This approach makes it possible to identify a causal relationship and to formulate concrete expectations for the future. The very topic has sparked strong public reaction and discussion, as well as a shift in attitudes and thinking. The author’s interest in the present subject is inspired by her professional background and by the impossibility of relegating to the background such a wide-ranging issue with significant impact. The conclusion summarizes the findings based on the available documentary, reference, and electronic sources on the topic examined.
