Preliminary Assessment of the Effectiveness of the Implementation of ERP Systems in Bulgarian SMEs

Abstract

This work presents the results of an empirical study conducted in a sample of fifty-five Bulgarian enterprises and companies of small and medium scale. It is designed to study the implementation process of ERP systems in Bulgarian SMEs and to determine the need of preliminary assessment of the efficiency of this process
