Abstract

An important aspect of effective functioning of an industrial enterprise is perfection of innovative processes in organization and management. However the evaluation of the effectiveness of innovative activity of the organizational and management sphere requires formation of practical tools. The investigated approaches to the evaluation of the innovative activity of industrial enterprises are not fully capable to form practical tools for determining the effectiveness of organizational and management innovations. The developed approach is based on the methodology using groups of indicators at the stages of development and mastering of innovations. A list of multi-criteria factors has been identifed whose changes when taken into account will ensure the effectiveness of organizational and management innovations. A model of evaluation of the effectiveness of organizational and management innovations has been proposed which implies the analyses of innovative activity of an enterprise taking into account the influence of the organizational and management subsystem, improving the mechanism of control of the enterprise innovative activity, constructing a structural and logical scheme of evaluation of the innovation processes in terms of the management subsystem. To take into account changes in the innovation activity, the author has proposed to determine a generalized indicator of the organizational and management subsystem innovative activity for each factor of the innovative potential. The factors taken into account for building the model are determined through expert analysis of the organizational subsystem actual performance and degree of achieving the performance indicators. The effectiveness of organizational and management innovations can be estimated in accordance with a certain scale. The developed methodology for measuring the level of the organizational and management subsystem innovative activity has been practically tested at one of the industrial enterprises in Kamenskyi. The calculations witness a modest decline in the activity of organizational and administrative innovations.
