Synergetic Management Of Enterprise Economic Security

The scientific and applied problem of formation and development of enterprise economic security synergetic management principles has been researched. The terminological and categorical framework in the sphere of studying enterprise and economic security synergetic management has been clarified. The concept of management and the characteristic of management imperatives have been considered from the standpoint of the cybernetic and synergetic approaches. The subject and object of enterprise economic security management have been studied on the basis of the "black box method" to give the author's definition of the enterprise economic security management. The achievement of the enterprise economic security meta-goal, that is maintaining the dynamic equilibrium, has been proved to require synergetic management, in other words, the amplification of the self-organization processes and weakening self-disorganization processes. The impact of positive and negative feedbacks has been investigated. The difference between the terms "deviation" and "fluctuation" has been considered. Classification of economic fluctuations has been developed. The nature of the fluctuation effects has been discussed in detail. The negative fluctuations have been proved to present the occurrence of threats with positive fluctuations testifying the creation of new opportunities. A definition of threats has been given in the context of the synergetic paradigm. The study has made it possible to give the author's definition of the enterprise economic security synergistic management and disclose the content of the resonant impact, as well as identify the role of the subject and object of the enterprise economic security synergistic management.
