Organization Of The Institutional And Information Support For State Regulation Of The Labor Market Development

Abstract

A topical scientific problem of the institutional provision of the national labor market development has been studied in the context of a simultaneous information support for the development process. Selection of the labor market structural elements formalized in the form of a mind map and presented in the interrelation with corresponding elements of the theoretical and methodological research basis has been stipulated by implementation of the tasks. Peculiarities of the formation and institutionalization of the labor market participants interaction space have been researched. Specific features of the national labor market institutional dynamics subject to maintaining its dynamic equilibrium have been identified. An institutional design model adapted to the development of organizational routines by labor market entities and oriented at their growing interaction potential has been presented.
