Abstract

The method of calculation of regional unemployment integrated index in 2006 – 2011 has been substantiated. A method of investigation into its dynamics on the basis of the variance analysis and the T-method of multiple comparison has been suggested in order to timely identify negative tendencies and make efficient managerial decisions. Comparative evaluation of the stability of the unemployment process in Volyn region Kovel district for 6 year long has been carried out to testify that the unemployment state in this district in 2006 – 2011 was stable, which is important for the local public administration.
