Methodological Recommendations On Evaluating The Results Of Innovation Work Of The Industries Professionals

Abstract

The importance of innovation work of the industries professionals for the establishment of an innovative economy is considered. The features of the process of innovation work of professionals and the main characteristics of the results of their work are investigated. The author emphasizes the necessity for measuring the innovative work of professionals to evaluate the results of their work, and calculate the relevant reward. Methodological recommendations on the evaluation of the results of professionals’ innovation work are elaborated. The necessity of fair awarding bonuses to professionals is substantiated as one of the key elements of stimulation of innovation work that will enhance its innovative activity.
