Abstract

Theoretical approaches of economists to the layout of the stages of crisis management were studied. The approaches were analysed, generalized and systematized. The conceptual features in of the crisis management stages described in the works of various scholars were researched and their probable causes were identified. An author's sequence of stages of crisis management was offered in order to form a unified methodological scheme of a company's getting over crisis regardless of ownership, scope and causes of the crisis.
