Transformation Of The Approach To Personnel Motivation In Information Economy

Abstract

The main issues related to the creation of the information economy in Ukraine were investigated which changes the requirements to workers, attitude to business, company management, motives and methods of decision-making. The effect of the mentioned process on the main categories, models and instruments of management, and, above all, personnel management as its integral part was analyzed. The necessity of transforming the approach to motivation of staff based on the use of competency models that will form a highly professional worker able to live and work in the information environment was justified.
