Complementarity of Institutional Blocks as an Instrument of Socioeconomic Systems Analysis

Abstract

The hierarchy of elementary grounds for institutional architectonics of socioeconomic systems has been presen-ted. Its nano- (values, styles of thought, collective conventions, institutional forms and functions, etc.), micro- (institutes, forms of coordination and transactions costs management and so on), meso- (institutional blocks, social production sys-tems, etc.), macro- (base institutes, socioeconomic systems and so on) and megalevels (models of capitalism, integration unions, etc.) have been distinguished. The definitions of institutional complementarity, its structural and functional compo-nents, institutional block have been given. The approaches to determining their composition have been presented, the key role of values social orientations in forming the integral institutional blocks of financial system, corporate governance, labour relations, training and advanced training systems, production strategies, innovations, social protection have been substantiated.
