Role Of Teams In The Performance Growth Of Organization

Abstract

Teamwork is a phenomenon that has grown in many companies in Republic of Moldova. More and more managers were convinced that teamwork is the way to success and performance, cooperation, communication, understanding, exchange of information between team members, leadership, confrontation of conflict, undermining personal interests in favor of the group. The main objective is to establish the degree to which teams will help to increase the performance of an organization. Team effectiveness analysis is intended for use as a tool for training and team development to increase productivity and performance within an organization.
