Abstract

The article is dedicated to the intermediate results of the implementation of the institute for Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) in the decisionmaking process of public authorities in the subjects of the Russian Federation. It examines the current state of the RIA implementation at the federal and regional level, analyzes the achievements and problems of the implementation of this mechanism in the subjects of the Russian Federation. This article was prepared on the basis of Kalmykov M.S., Pavlov D.V., Smirnov S.V., Sorokin A.A., Shevernev J.A., Shestoperov O.M. Monitoring the Implementation of the Institute of Regulatory Impact Assessment in Decision-making Mechanism in the Subjects of the Russian Federation: Round 3. National Institute for System Studies of Entrepreneurship, April 2013.
