Von der Regel zur Ausnahme – Strategien gegen die Prekarisierung der Arbeitsbedingungen

Abstract

Das aktuelle Wirtschaftswachstum und die positive Arbeitsmarktentwicklung können nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass der Beschäftigungszuwachs vor allem ein Aufschwung prekärer und ungesicherter Beschäftigungsverhältnisse ist. Vor diesem Hintergrund fordert die Vereinte Dienstleistungsgewerkschaft (ver.di) den Wechsel zu einer Politik, die das Normalarbeitsverhältnis stärkt und konzentriert hierauf auch die eigenen gewerkschaftspolitischen Strategien. Letztere stellt der Beitrag vor und arbeitet dabei den Zusammenhang zwischen einer politischen Regulierung der Arbeitsverhältnisse, gesetzlichem Mindestlohn und einer Stabilisierung der sozialen Sicherungssysteme heraus.
