Tarifpolitischer Jahresbericht 2010: Beschäftigungssicherung und gedämpfte Lohnentwicklung

Abstract

Die tarifpolitische Entwicklung des Jahres 2010 zeigt deutlich Zeichen der vorangegangenen Wirtschaftskrise. Insbesondere in den Industriebranchen konzentrierten sich die Gewerkschaften auf die Beschäftigungssicherung. Die Tarifsteigerungen fielen insgesamt gedämpft aus. Mit einem Anstieg von jahresdurchschnittlich 1,8 % lagen sie um 0,7 % über der Preissteigerungsrate. Die verteilungspolitische Bilanz der Jahre 2000 - 2010 weist eine starke Umverteilung zulasten der Arbeitseinkommen aus. Der Anstieg der Unternehmens- und Vermögenseinkommen fiel etwa dreimal so stark aus wie der der Arbeitnehmerentgelte.
