Arbeitsbeziehungen in China: 'Tripartismus mit vier Parteien'?

Abstract

Der Artikel untersucht die sich rasch unter den Auswirkungen der globalen Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise verändernden Arbeitsbeziehungen in China. Ausgehend von aktuellen Debatten zur Reform der Arbeitspolitik werden die unterschiedlichen Szenarien der Restrukturierung in Kernsektoren der chinesischen Exportwirtschaft und die in Leitunternehmen dieser Branchen vorzufindenden Produktionsregimes analysiert. Damit sollen neue Perspektiven für die Analyse der Arbeitsbeziehungen in China entwickelt und die Widersprüche arbeitspolitischer Reformbemühungen "von oben" herausgearbeitet werden. Der Artikel eröffnet auch einen Blick auf die jüngsten Arbeitskonflikte in China, die bis in Betriebe der modernen Fertigungsunternehmen reichten. Hier deuten sich die Grenzen des staatlich propagierten, harmonischen Tripartismus an. Der Aufsatz fasst Ergebnisse eines Forschungsprojektes zusammen, das am Institut für Sozialforschung in Frankfurt gemeinsam mit der School of Labor Relations der Renmin Universität in Beijing und anderen chinesischen Kooperationspartnern durchgeführt wird.in: WSI-Mitteilungen 9/2010, Seiten 473-479
