Tarifpolitischer Halbjahresbericht: Eine Zwischenbilanz der Lohn- und Gehaltsrunde 2010

Abstract

In der Tarifrunde 2010 verhandelten Gewerkschaften und Arbeitgeberverbände vorrangig über Beschäftigungssicherung und Lohnerhöhungen. Für 7,1 Mio. Beschäftigte schlossen die DGB-Gewerkschaften im 1. Halbjahr neue Lohn- und Gehaltstarifverträge ab, die vielfach Pauschalzahlungen für die ersten Monate anstelle von dauerhaften Tarifanhebungen enthalten. Für weitere 7 Mio. gelten länger laufende Tarifabkommen aus dem Vorjahr. Insgesamt ergibt sich aus diesen Abschlüssen für 2010 eine durchschnittliche Tarifsteigerung von 1,7 %. Damit liegt die Erhöhung der Tarifverdienste über der Preissteigerung von voraussichtlich 1 %.
