Integrations-Tarifvertrag Auto 5000

Abstract

Auf dem Werksgelände des Wolfsburger Volkswagen-Stammwerkes wurde 2001 die Auto 5000 GmbH gegründet. 3.500 Arbeitslose konnten zu tariflichen Bedingungen eingestellt und qualifiziert werden. Bei der Auto 5000 wurden neue Formen der Qualifizierung und Arbeitsorganisation erfolgreich erprobt.Das materielle Niveau des Tarifvertragssystems lag zwar oberhalb des Flächentarifvertrages der niedersächsischen Metall- und Elektroindustrie aber unterhalb des damaligen VW-Haustarifvertrages. Insofern war die Gründung der Auto 5000 nicht konfliktfrei. Die niedersächsische IG Metall hat sich aber vor dem Hintergrund der damaligen Debatte um den Standort Deutschland auf das Modellprojekt eingelassen, um deutlich zu machen, dass Produktionsarbeitsplätze zu guten tariflichen Bedingungen in Deutschland geschaffen werden können. Zunächst fertigten die Beschäftigten den Minivan Touran. Mit der Fertigung eines zweiten Fahrzeuges, dem Tiguan, wuchs die Auto 5000 über ihre ursprünglichen räumlichen Grenzen hinaus. Im November 2008 schlossen IG Metall und Volkswagen einen Integrationstarifvertrag ab. Danach werden die Beschäftigten der Auto 5000 zum 1. Januar 2009 mit einer zweijährigen Übergangsregelung in die Volkswagen AG integriert.
