Aktivierung zur Beteiligung im betrieblichen Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz

Abstract

Der betriebliche Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz ist eines der entscheidenden Instrumente, um Arbeit menschengerecht zu gestalten und mit der Lebenswelt des Einzelnen in Übereinstimmung zu bringen. Neue, modernisierte gesetzliche Grundlagen in Europa und Deutschland setzen in stärkerem Maße auf die Mitarbeit des einzelnen Beschäftigten als "Experten der eigenen Gesundheit". Dieser Aktivierungsansatz verlagert Verantwortung vom Unternehmen auf die Beschäftigten. Der vorliegende Beitrag fragt nach den Chancen, Risiken und Voraussetzungen für Beteiligung im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz. Ein Unternehmensfallbeispiel illustriert, wie stark die Nutzung dieses Partizipationsangebotes von innerbetrieblichen machtpolitischen Freiräumen für die Beschäftigten beeinflusst wird.
