Gleichstellung und familienfreundliche Arbeitsbedingungen

Abstract

Der Beitrag geht auf Grundlage der aktuellen WSI-Betriebsrätebefragung der Frage nach, in welchem Ausmaß die Themen Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern sowie familienfreundliche Arbeitsbedingungen in den untersuchten Betrieben zwischen 2005 und 2007 behandelt wurden. Zu beiden Themenfelder können in den Betrieben Betriebsvereinbarungen geschlossen werden. Der Verbreitungsgrad betrieblicher Vereinbarungen wird nach Branchen und Betriebsgrößen aufgeschlüsselt dargestellt. Die Daten zeigen: Wenngleich weiterhin die große Mehrheit der Betriebe weder zu Gleichstellung noch zu Vereinbarkeitsfragen verbindliche Regelungen getroffen hat, ist der Anteil der Betriebe mit Betriebsvereinbarungen auf sehr niedrigem Niveau gestiegen.
