Enttäuschte Meeting-Euphorie

Abstract

Ein Ausgangspunkt für neue Belastungen in dezentralen Strukturen, flachen Hierarchien und bei Selbstorganisation ist u.a. die in Unternehmen vorzufindende "Meeting-Euphorie". Meetings selbst induzieren bereits Belastungen. Vor allem aber werden durch sie arbeitsprozessbezogene Formen der Kooperation verdrängt. Dadurch kommt es zu unausgewogenen Abstimmungskulturen, mit widersprüchlichen Kooperations- und Kommunikationsanforderungen. Zur genaueren Analyse dieses Phänomens bietet die neuere Belastungsforschung durchaus konzeptionelle Grundlagen. Der Artikel zeigt auf Basis exemplarischer Fallstudien die Besonderheiten widersprüchlicher Kooperationsanforderungen auf. Anhand verschiedener Gestaltungsansätze werden aber auch erste Auswege aus den Dilemmata der verbreiteten Meeting-Kultur skizziert.
