Abstract

(The Creating Shared Value Framework (CSV) enables companies to address social and ecological issues and at the same time to generate profits. But the CSV Framework contains no concept for dealing with conflicting ethical standards in a globalized economy. If CSV is to be understood as a holistic framework, it must be supplemented by a norm-taking and a norm-making module.)
