Una mirada sobre la reconversión productiva en el sector construcción en el Partido de General Pueyrredon

Abstract

Este trabajo es el resultado de la información obtenida de entrevistas realizadas a los principales agentes e instituciones representativas del sector construcción en Mar del Plata. El objetivo del trabajo es caracterizar a la construcción en la década del noventa aportando la visión y la perspectiva de quienes son actuantes efectivos en el Partido de General Pueyrredon. Se relevó información en los colegios de profesionales, agrupaciones empresariales, y diversas dependencias públicas relacionadas con el sector, lo que permitió observar las características propias de la construcción local en la pasada década. Se recabaron asimismo opiniones sobre la evolución de esta rama de actividad y sobre los sistemas de producción utilizados, con el interés de saber si Mar del Plata está ingresando en una etapa de reconversión productiva, de similares características a las registradas en el ámbito nacional.
