Evaluación de la gestión universitaria a nivel facultad

Abstract

El presente trabajo intenta desarrollar una metodología para la evaluación de la calidad de la gestión en las facultades de nuestras universidades, teniendo como modelo las universidades nacionales, o sea instituciones donde está excluida la función lucrativa, aun la destinada a su autosostenimiento. El esquema propuesto pretende objetivar las diferentes tareas que genéricamente comprenden la denominada "gestión universitaria" identificando para cada una de ellas una serie de indicadores que intentan medir el comportamiento de un conjunto de variables asumidas como clave. Para su más fácil empleo, el esquema prevé la utilización de veinticinco tablas, correspondientes veinticuatro de ellas a otras tantas variables analizadas y una final de resumen, cuyo llenado permite tener una idea razonablemente fundada de la calidad de la gestión analizada.
