Abstract

El presente trabajo, analiza la relación entre la Administración, las tecnologías de gestión que se utilizan en su instrumentación y la influencia que ambas proporcionan y reciben del medio ambiente, en particular, con la aparición de los esquemas del denominado "capitalismo tardío" en nuestras economías dependientes. En tal sentido, se propone la adopción de posturas críticas frente a la cada vez más frecuente importación de "modas" que no reflejan la identidad ni la situación específica de nuestras organizaciones. Finalmente, se sugieren actitudes que, sin descartar la toma apropiada de lo ajeno, nos permitan la construcción de esquemas válidos para responder a nuestras reales necesidades.
